My front carb on my 1970 Elan S4,Se. leaks fuel bad, I did replace the Float Chamber 'O' ring, It is now fine, But ,When the elec fuel pump runs, it seems to leak out of the oveflow tube, I think I have a Float, or Float cut off problem..Are the Floats supposed to be 1/2 Full of liquid??
